XJS-DOB12H is a high-speed automatic on-line Mounter with brand-new hardware and software system, which comprehensively solves the requirements for high speed and precision of mounting. The core components are purchased and imported with original packaging, which has higher precision and better stability, improves production efficiency and yield, and greatly reduces customer costs. At present, it is in Shenzhen, Dongguang, Zhongshan, Jiangsu , Zhejiang ,Pakistan Factory ,India Factory ,Ethiopiahas, been widely used in customer factories.

Functional features

• 全自动在线式设计,可放36种飞达，配套高清相机
• X轴、Y轴都采用磁悬浮直线电机，提高设备运行精度及传运速度，减少噪音及磨损，延长机器使用寿命；
• MARK视觉校正系统，对PCB板位置拍照识别，确保贴片精度。
• 贴片头Z轴采用12组进口花键，高效完成取料、放料；
• 功能强大：配置不同的喂料器，可完成多种产品的贴装要求。
• 操作简单：中文图形操作界面，易于操作。编程简洁,可储存编辑好文件,随意调用；
• 维护方便：设计简洁，易于维护。更换配件成本低,维护成本低。
• 整机软件、线路、硬件结构都由本公司自主研发，具有自主知识产权。

1. Fully automatic online design, can play 36kinds of Feida, supporting HD camera
2. X/Y axis use maglev linear motor , ensure it’s high precision and high speed , reduce noise, and longer lifetime .
3. Mark visual correction system is used to take photos of PCB position to ensure patch accuracy.
4. 12 sets of imported splines are adopted for z-axis of the pasting head to efficiently complete the picking and discharging;

5. Powerful function: different feeders can be configured to meet the mounting requirements of a variety of products.
6. Simple operation: Chinese graphical operation interface, easy to operate. The programming is simple, which can store and edit files and call them at will;
7. Easy maintenance: simple design and easy maintenance. The cost of replacing parts is low and the maintenance cost is low.
