   XJS-H6A贴片机。全新升级产能、硬件和软件系统，全面解决小家电产品对贴装高度和精度的要求，解决掉料、卡料，速度，精度(热补偿)等问题，提高了生产效率和良品率，并且同时兼容托盘上料和飞达上料，大大降低了客户成本，目前在深圳、中山、江苏、浙江等已大量实用于客户工厂

For XJS-H6A placement machine, With upgraded capacity, hardware and software systems, it comprehensively meets SMD height/accuracy requirements for small appliances, solves material dropping/jamming issues, improves speed and accuracy (with thermal compensation), enhances production efficiency/yield rate, supports both tray and feeder loading to reduce costs, and has been widely used in factories in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and overseas market etc.

• MARK视觉校正系统，对PCB板位置拍照识别，确保贴片精度。
• 贴片头Z轴采用12组进口花键，高效完成取料、放料；
• 功能强大：配置不同的喂料器，可完成多种产品的贴装要求。
• 操作简单：中文图形操作界面，易于操作。编程简洁,可储存编辑好文件,随意调用；
• 维护方便：设计简洁，易于维护。更换配件成本低,维护成本低。
• 整机软件、线路、硬件结构都由本公司自主研发，具有自主知识产权。

1. Fully automatic online design, can play 36kinds of Feida, supporting HD camera
2. Both x-axis and y-axis adopt high-precision imported precision screw rods to improve the equipment operation accuracy and transmission speed;
3. Mark visual correction system is used to take photos of PCB position to ensure patch accuracy.
4. 4.  12 sets of imported splines are adopted for z-axis of the pasting head to efficiently complete the picking and discharging;

5. Powerful function: different feeders can be configured to meet the mounting requirements of a variety of products.
